These are one of the best soups I have tasted store bought. They are in the frozen aisle, two pouches to a box. Not all varieties are vegan but a nice variety are.
I was happy when I saw they made a vegan chili. You can serve this with a side of salad, veggies or even garlic bread.
I finally tried a Sunshine Burger. There were a few varieties to choose from. This was one of the tastiest vegan store bought burgers I have had.

For a quick, meal look for multiple mixed veggie combo's like this in your freezer section. Steam in the microwave or on the stove top. Mix with whatever you like..Vegan butter by Earth Balance, dressing of choice, or browned garlic and oil. Then enjoy!

I really Enjoy Indian food. In the past I have made some recipes that called for some Indian spices. But recently I started learning how to cook Indian dishes. I look forward to more tasty dishes. Here are some photos of some of the recipes I made. I bought a cookbook and did add some more things to the recipe per my liking. That's the fun thing about cooking how you can be creative and change things to your taste. Exploring different cultural foods is enjoyable and Indian food is top on my list. So explore online or buy a new cookbook and mangia!

At the market yesterday I bought a nice variety salad and fresh edamame pods. You could pop the edamame out of the pods as a snack or pop them into the salad. They are nutritious as you will see from this link.. One of the nutrients in them is protein..

If you are new to veganism and want to know how to begin please go to my very first post, in November of 07. In my first few posts I give ideas on how I started. I have written quite a few posts since then so I thought it may be a good idea for me to write this in the side bar for anyone who may want to inquire about that information. Click on http://invitationfrom-gnewvegan.blogspot.com/2007_11_01_archive.html. This will bring you to my first page of posts. Scroll down until you see "welcome to my vegan journey", post #1.
My name is Gemma, (AKA Gnewvegan). I am a vegan who wants to share what I learn to help others who are also becoming vegan. This transition has been a wonderful journey. I developed a love for cooking in the past few years. And being vegan has expanded not only my world of cooking but living.
