This blog is really inspiring me for what I know will be a tough journey ahead to give up dairy. I've been veg for six years. Now I want to give up dairy, and once I accomplish that, eggs. I'll be visiting this blog a lot! Thank you for sharing!

Hi Jennifer,

I am so glad that this blog is inspiring to you. That is what I want. To Inspire and show that it can be done. Dairy is not as hard as you think. There are many milk substitutes. Soy, rice milk, almond milk and hemp milk. I use soy because I like the texture of it. I use it as I would regular milk without a problem. Eggs is probably the most challenging but can be done. It is a matter of using egg replacers (which are only for things like baking, pancakes, burgers, etc) and knowing that there is no vegan eggs to scramble. But you can make things like a tofu scramble. I have a recipe on this blog for that. You can email me with any questions.
