I LOVE, LOVE LOVE orzo! It has the most beautiful texture and great taste. I make a salad with orzo and wild rice and it goes so quickly here. Yummm....sounds like you made some nice holiday dishes.

My name is Gemma, (AKA Gnewvegan). I am a vegan who wants to share what I learn to help others who are also becoming vegan. This transition has been a wonderful journey. I developed a love for cooking in the past few years. And being vegan has expanded not only my world of cooking but living.
