Breakfast is anything you want



Breakfast does not have to be the typical cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, fruit, etc. If you wake up and feel like having something "designated " for a later meal make a change!!! Breakfast will have more variety and that's a touch down!

So true! This am I am having whole wheat toast with PB and melted (sort of) vegan carob chips. I usually get the vegan choc chips (they melt better) but thought I'd try something new!

That sounds yum.. I have had left overs from the night before for breakfast. Breakfast for dinner, dinner for breakfast. Yeah!!

I totally agree.
I often combine lunch and breakfast, rarely eat more than 2 meals a day.
