My name is Gemma, (AKA Gnewvegan). I am a vegan who wants to share what I learn to help others who are also becoming vegan. This transition has been a wonderful journey. I developed a love for cooking in the past few years. And being vegan has expanded not only my world of cooking but living.
Hi again Gemma! Thanks for the suggestions. I usually like to cook "from scratch" whenever possible but having some quick options for busy days is always good.
I happened to be reading some old posts today, thought I'd check and see if you were still blogging, glad I did. I have 4 blogs now!
I have not been blogging as much as I would like but will try and get back into it more. I love to cook also from "scratch" but I find myself looking for quick meals like this to help get through the busy days. Like the frozen veggies with pasta in it I posted. It is a nice healthy version of a "fast food" instead of reaching for something quick but bad for you. Congrats on your blogs.
